Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. Oversee payroll administration, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF) and ensure accuracy and compliance. Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with labour laws. Plan and coordinate staff training, development programs, and succession planning. Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Advise management on HR-related matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, and conflict resolution. Analyze HR metrics and provide regular reports to management for decision-making. Support organizational change management, including restructuring, job evaluation, and workforce planning. Supervise and guide junior HR team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior / executive or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices. Proven experience in handling recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and policy development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR / payroll systems (e.g., SQL, Info-Tech, or similar). Strong problem-solving skills, high integrity, and ability to manage confidential information. Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability. Experience in leading HR projects or organizational change initiatives is an added advantage. Job Details
