Human Resources Executive / HR Manager

Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary : MYR

Salary is negotiable for high performers; KPI can be discussed during interview.

Job Description

Full HR setup : recruitment, employee handbook, policies, payroll & compliance.
Lead end-to-end hiring and onboarding.
Set up performance appraisal & KPI system.
Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and labor laws.
Drive employee engagement, training & retention.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years HR experience.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law.

Experience in drafting HR policies / handbooks.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

Financial / startup background is an advantage.
