Job Description
- Full HR setup : recruitment, employee handbook, policies, payroll & compliance.
- Lead end-to-end hiring and onboarding.
- Set up performance appraisal & KPI system.
- Ensure compliance with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement, training & retention.
