Overview
Handle daily administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling. Welcome and assist customers in the showroom with basic enquiries. Maintain and update customer records, sales documents, and inventory files. Coordinate with the sales team for test rides, bike deliveries, and event arrangements. Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic reports for management.

Education : Minimum SPM / DiplomaExperience : At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experienceComputer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic accounting softwareCommunication Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa MalaysiaOrganization Skills : Strong time management, ability to handle multiple tasks, and attention to detailTeamwork : Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment and coordinate with sales and management teamsJob Information
