Business Development Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanConduct introductory calls to understand client requirements and position Payroll Ninjaâs solutions effectively. Schedule and deliver product demos and presentations to HR leaders, CFOs, and decision-makers. Nurture leads through consistent follow-up and relationship management until closure. Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system. Provide weekly reports on pipeline, demos conducted, and client feedback. Stay updated on payroll, compliance, and HR technology trends in Malaysia. Share competitive insights to refine go-to-market strategies. Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field. 1â3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Inside Sales (preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or Payroll solutions). Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills. Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client demos. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus (LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, content campaigns). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
