The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling construction products to architects, main contractors, developers, and consultants , with strong industry connections and the ability to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell screed and construction materials , including the GranoPave product range , to architects, developers, main contractors, and project consultants.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and property development sectors.
- Identify new project opportunities and follow up from specification to order closing.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical briefings with clients and design teams.
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project tracking reports.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in construction materials (e.g., screed, flooring systems, coatings or relevant construction materials).Strong network with architects, consultants, main contractors, and developers .Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin an advantage).Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.Why Join Us
