Job descriptionScreen and shortlist resumes and applications based on the hiring criteria for internal positions. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, skillsets, and cultural fit for the company. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups for feedback and decisions. Maintain professional and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Accurately record all recruitment activities and candidate information in the company's system. Proactively source candidates using internal databases, job portals, and approved external sourcing platforms. Ensure recruitment procedures are aligned with the latest local employment laws and company policies. Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions in collaboration with hiring departments. Identify process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with attention to quality and detail. Required language(s) : English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin-speaking candidates) Candidates who're able to express themselves clearly and willing to questions when in doubt will have an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided on the job. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
