Key Responsibilities :
1. Data Entry :
Input data into provided templates and reports accurately and efficiently.
Ensure that all information is updated and well-organized.
2. Visitor Reception :
Greet all visitors, including VIPs, customers, and staff, with a warm and professional attitude.
Register visitors using the designated system and ensure a smooth check-in process.
3. Beverage Preparation :
Prepare coffee, tea, and other refreshments for VIP visitors, ensuring their preferences are met.
Maintain a clean and organized beverage station.
4. Administrative Support :
Assist with various paperwork tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation as needed.
Support team members with additional administrative tasks as required.
5. Customer Service :
Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to visitors and staff in a polite and helpful manner.
Take initiative to address any needs or requests promptly.
Qualifications :
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Basic computer skills for data entry and administrative tasks.
