Job descriptionProvide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise systems and applications. Manage and maintain the overall Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange Online, Administer Active Directory and Azure AD (user provisioning, group policies, Oversee endpoint management using Intune, Jamf, and Endpoint Central. Configure and support Exchange mail flow, retention policies, and hybrid Implement and monitor compliance, security, and governance policies (DLP, Manage and support VMware / vSphere, Windows & Linux servers, and storage Provide technical leadership on IT infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, Automate processes using PowerShell, Bash, or scripting tools for efficiency Document procedures, create knowledge articles, and deliver training to IT Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, incident Participate in on-call support and respond to escalated technical issues. Microsoft 365 Administration : Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune Identity & Access Management : Active Directory, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Virtualization & Infrastructure : VMware / vSphere, Windows & Linux servers, Cloud Platforms : Azure, AWS, or GCP (experience with hybrid environments) Automation & Scripting : PowerShell, Bash, Graph API, workflow automation Security & Compliance : DLP, audit logging, eDiscovery, Microsoft Defender, Endpoint Management : Intune, Jamf, Endpoint Central Networking & Infrastructure Knowledge : DHCP, DNS, GPO, domain trusts Malaysian citizenship is mandatory. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent 5+ years' experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 Hands-on experience with Active Directory, cloud identity, and hybrid setups. Strong knowledge of VMware, server administration, and endpoint management Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex Tier 3 Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
