About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Operation Executive to join our team at STP Health Foods Sdn Bhd, Rawang, Selangor. As a Customer Service Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create Invoice and bill customers upon confirmation of completed delivery.
- Ensure customer Purchase Order (PO) and delivery documents are documented and filled properly.
- Communicate with customers from order processing to delivery arrangement.
- Monitor daily deliveries and solve logistic issues as and when required.
- Work closely with internal and outsource transporter for logistic arrangement.
- Provide operational support and handle all administrative task
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in using software such as MS Outlook.Experience in customer service or logistics support is preferred.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to follow up on customer requests and maintain strong relationships with external partners.Knowledge of operational procedures for warehouse and transport is an advantage.Proven at least 2-3 year experience as an invoice administrator, stock controller, or similar role.Job Type : Full-time
