What you'll be doing
- Providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email and in-person interactions
- Resolving customer inquiries, concerns and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate documentation
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and proposing improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic mannerExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languagesA passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectationsWhat we offer
