Job descriptionCertificate / Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR; experience in F&B and / or Building Management is an added advantage. Good knowledge of the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with HR systems and work applications. Able to handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist with developing / improving job descriptions, HR policies and procedures.
- Organise job posting, foreign employees work applications, assist in interviews, and coordinate new employee induction.
- Develop, implement and support training programs.
- Maintain confidential employee and human resources related records.
- Administer compensation and benefits system, including payroll and legal requirements.
- Assist in performance management process.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, promote a positive work culture, and handle employee issues.
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Ensure license and related compliances and advise on employment law and best practices.
