We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage client relationships, ensuring a seamless and value-driven experience. This role is similar to an Account Manager, focusing on customer retention, satisfaction, and growth. The job responsibilities includes : -Manage day-to-day communication between the client and the team. -Develop and execute corporate wellness campaigns and events that integrate seamlessly with the clients’ broader corporate wellness strategy. -Work with other internal departments in order to execute against the client’s corporate wellness strategies, events, and campaigns. -Interact and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and partners on various projects that tie into the client's corporate wellness objectives. -Build and maintain a close relationship with new, potential or existing clients. -Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth. -Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and opportunities.
