Quantity Surveyor

Role Overview :

As a Quantity Surveyor at Asiaric Contracts Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing quotations, and ensuring cost efficiency in our formwork manufacturing and construction-related projects. You will work closely with project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver accurate cost management and contribute to the success of each project.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare cost estimation, tender documents, quotations, and bills of quantity (BQ).
• Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and material usage.
• Handle procurement and evaluate supplier / subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure work progress aligns with budget and timelines.
• Provide cost analysis and value engineering for formwork and related products.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, contracts, and project requirements.
