Human Resources Executive

Job Summary :

To support the HR Manager in overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience

handling foreign worker matters

and who is eager to contribute to the growth of an agricultural business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist HR Manager in managing end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training & development, compliance).
• Handle all matters related to foreign workers, including recruitment, permit renewals, quota applications, FOMEMA, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, immigration regulations, and company policies.
• Support in employee engagement activities and disciplinary management.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate necessary reports for management.
• Liaise with government bodies, agencies, and relevant stakeholders on HR-related matters.
