Work Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, including handling phone calls, front desk / reception duties, and general correspondence.
- Oversee pantry supplies and stationery inventory, ensuring timely replenishment and cost control.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (hard copy digital) for administrative and HR documents.
- Assist the HR team with routine tasks, including checking staff attendance reports and monitoring CCTV recordings as required.
- Support HR in verifying documents, staff records, and basic compliance checks.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance needs.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Work Requirements :
