E-Commerce Sales Specialist

ENW Hardware is a well-established hardware store located in Selangor, and we are expanding into the online market

We're looking for a motivated and driven E-Commerce Sales Specialist to join our team and spearhead our online revenue growth.

Your Role and Responsibilities :

Drive online sales and achieve revenue targets across e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada.

Develop and execute sales strategies to boost customer acquisition and increase conversion rates.

Manage and optimise ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads) to maximise sales ROI.

Identify new sales opportunities and trends to expand our online product offerings.

Analyse sales data and market trends to refine and improve our commercial strategy.

What We're Looking For :

Fluency in both Mandarin and English, as you'll be communicating with our customers, local suppliers and team.

Proven experience in driving online sales

A proactive, results-oriented professional with a strategic mindset.

Interest in or willingness to learn about the hardware industry.
