What we're looking for

We're seeking a Business Development Executive who will play a central role in crafting compelling, visually impactful pitch decks and presentations that help Alpha Story win new clients, partnerships, and media opportunities.

Key requirements :

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, marketing, design, or consulting with a strong portfolio of PowerPoint or Google Slides work.
  • Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint / Google Slides, with an eye for clean, professional design and storytelling.
  • Strong command of written English with the ability to distill complex ideas into concise, persuasive copy.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, proposals, and client-facing communications.
  • Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of digital tools, AI platforms, and productivity suites.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where requirements can shift quickly.

    • What you'll be doing

  • Deck Creation & Design :

    • Develop high-quality PowerPoint decks for business development pitches, proposals, and strategic presentations.

  • Research & Insights :

    • Incorporate market analysis, competitor intelligence, and client research into decks to strengthen proposals.

  • Business Development Support :

    • Assist in the preparation of RFP responses, partnership decks, and thought leadership presentations.

  • Quality Control :

    • Maintain a consistent brand look and tone across all presentations and supporting materials.

    • Things you need to know

  • Your responsibilities will be broad. This is not a job where requirements are given to you fully-formed, and expect flexibility in our daily asks.
  • It won't be easy. We're not asking you to work weekends or think endlessly about work, but you will need to learn quickly, be creative, and be comfortable with changing requirements. There's a lot of ambiguity in our problem space and processes that you will need to deal with.
