Sales Support Specialist

Sales Support Representatives enable Sales AE's to focus maximum time on selling by supporting on admin tasks and being the primary link to all other back-office functions to help ensure orders as processed compliantly but as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main point of contact for sales support inquiries from customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Quickly respond to requests and ensure issues are resolved or directed appropriately.
• Support the sales process by managing quotes, contracts, approvals, and order packages.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Update and manage sales data in Salesforce CRM.
• Provide updates to Sales Operations leaders and help improve team processes.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
