HR Admin Executive

Job Scope / Responsibilities :

• Support the Onboard to Retire Team to handle end-to-end employee life-cycle transactions across Asia Pacific country.
• To prepare and process employee contracts, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant HR administrative process while delivering quality support to internal stakeholders in different countries.
• Maintain and update timecards, leave records, and payroll transactions including statutory reporting requirements in the system.
• Maintain personnel records and HR data in Oracle systems.
• Handle employee queries and requests, ensuring professional and timely responses.
• Prepare ad hoc HR reports to your reporting superior.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and information at all times.
• Contribute to HR-related projects, process improvements, and best practice initiatives.
