• Drive and achieve annual sales targets set by the company.
• Ensure the upkeep and presentation of the sales gallery.
• Handle booking fee collection, update buyer details in the IFCA system, and generate official receipts, booking forms, and other necessary documentation.
• Review and verify accuracy of Sales Forms, SPAs, and related documents before submission to the Finance Department.
• Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis.
• Liaise with legal firms on documentation and with bankers on end-financing matters
