We are looking for a motivated HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and contribute to a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and maintain employee records.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and performance appraisals.
- Manage HR policies, attendance, and leave administration.
- Support employee engagement activities and resolve staff queries.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 2 years of working experience in HR.Familiar with Malaysia labor law, EPF, SOCSO, and payroll process.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Able to work independently with attention to detail.Job Type : Full-time
