HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated HR Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters, and maintain employee records.
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
• Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and performance appraisals.
• Manage HR policies, attendance, and leave administration.
• Support employee engagement activities and resolve staff queries.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
