Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Officers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, who enjoy supporting sales teams and ensuring smooth end-to-end order-to-invoice processes.
As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide expert internal and external customer service support, manage order discrepancies, and assist with complex customer requests. You will play a key role in coordinating between customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customers, handling escalations and discrepancies with professionalism.
- Manage the full Order-to-Invoice process, including order entry, follow-up, and handling customer order formats (Excel, PDF, fax, etc.).
- Set up and maintain accounts, NCNR (Non-Cancellable, Non-Returnable) orders, and contract pricing in systems (MyArrow, PCPRCE 2, SIMS).
- Support sales team in demand planning and quality assurance processes, including forecast reporting, bond requests, inventory sweeps, and contract refreshes.
- Handle service requests (sure ship / receipt), returns (RMA), corrective action requests (CAR), and field quality requests (FQR).
- Resolve post-delivery issues such as packaging, carrier, or shipping errors while addressing slow-moving inventory.
- Assist Inside Sales with Quote-to-Order objectives, including loading smaller quotes, coordinating contract signatures, and ordering product samples.

Works within established procedures under moderate supervision.Applies knowledge from training and experience to solve straightforward issues.Identifies problems and relevant issues, making sound decisions using standard processes.Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.High school graduates with equivalent related experience will also be considered.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : Up to RM5,000.00 per month
