We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of our new retail outlet in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer experiences while introducing a well-loved Indonesian culinary tradition to the Malaysian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and daily operations of the outlet.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent service.
- Oversee inventory, suppliers, and cost control.
- Ensure consistent product quality and brand standards.
- Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with Malaysian food safety and retail regulations.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in F&B or retail (bakery / café preferred).Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.Knowledge of the Malaysian F&B market is an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.Remuneration
