Compensation & Benefits
Administer monthly payroll, claims, allowances, and benefits accurately and timely.
Oversee medical, insurance, and leave management processes.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and inquiries.
Promote a positive work culture that supports employee well-being and retention.
Performance & Development
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Track and monitor training effectiveness.
HR Policies & Compliance
Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and employment laws.
Support internal and external HR audits.
General HR Administration
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS database.
