About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR EXECUTIVE / SENIOR EXECUTIVE to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and leading high-level recruitment efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations to support the company's growth and employee satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Accurately process and manage payrolls for all employees, ensuring timely and precise salary payments and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, IATF / ISO standards, and internal policies.
Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee grievances.
Promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. Manage employee relations practices.
Lead the development of compensation and benefits programs and implement annual performance review and salary structure processes.
Oversee and administer the annual company-wide performance review process including appraisal data compilation; prepare analysis and summary report; administer promotion exercise; review and recommend salary moderation
Prepare monthly manpower analysis report and any other relevant reports as and when given by Management.
Update OrganizationChart (when necessary)
Update / Review employee's handbook / policy / whistleblower etc from time to time
Work closely with department heads to resolve day-to-day HR operational matters.
Employee Support : Act as a point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing clear and timely information to employees and resolving any issues that arise.
On-boarding and Offboarding (exit interview) : Support the onboarding process for new joiners and the offboarding for departing employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Participate in budget planning, cost control, and Support external and internal audits from an HR compliance perspective (IATF / ISO) or inspections (labour office, lhdn, etc.).
Responsible to maintain implementation of ISO 9001 : 2015 & IATF16949 : 2016 Standard, 5'S activities and safety, Health and Environment procedure in the working area and department.
Develop and maintain the annual training plan in line with business and employee needs.
Maintain and update training records for compliance and tracking.
Manage HRD Corp (HRDF) levy, claims, and related documentation.
Prepare training reports and statistics for management review.
Coordinate training programs including scheduling, logistics, trainer arrangements, and post-training evaluation.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by MD.
