Job Description

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support sales objectives in the FMCG industry.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize product visibility and promotions.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage trade budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations for improving trade strategies based on data-driven insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in trade marketing within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
