Join to apply for the Front Desk Receptionist role at Chirozone Family Chiropractic KL

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations in the clinic, which includes : Customer Service, receive phone calls, reply enquiries, arrange filing, billing, scheduling patients\' appointments, admin work, basic cleaning
  • Answer and proceed phone calls politely and warmly
  • Welcome visitors warmly and cordially and answer any visitor inquiries
  • Assist with Basic Social Media Posting (Additional bonus)
  • Assist chiropractors & physiotherapists on daily tasks
  • Handle necessary documentation related to patient files

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM holder
  • Fresh graduate / With or without experience is fine, most importantly is willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Able to speak Mandarin is an additional bonus
  • Willing to work on weekends, off on weekday (5.5 work days a week)
  • Own transportation
  • Friendly and cheerful
  • Able to work in a team
  • Responsible & respectful
