Job Description :

  • Welcoming visitors : Greet clients and guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Managing communications : Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Supporting the team : Assist with various administrative tasks, from scheduling to document preparation.
  • Organizing the office : Maintain office supplies, manage mail, and ensure a tidy and professional workspace.
  • Coordinating logistics : Assist with travel arrangements and package deliveries as needed.
  • Maintaining records : Keep visitor logs and vehicle records up-to-date and organized.
  • Ensuring confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Basic requirements :

  • Pleasant Personality : A warm, approachable, and pleasant personality to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
  • SPM qualified : Minimum SPM certification required, with at least 1 year work experience
  • Bilingual communicator : Fluency in both Malay and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Friendly personality : A positive attitude and professional demeanor to represent the company well.
  • Quick learner : Enthusiasm to develop new skills and grow within the role.
  • Detail-oriented : Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player : Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Reliable professional : Punctual, committed, and trustworthy in handling confidential information.
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
