- Managing communications : Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Supporting the team : Assist with various administrative tasks, from scheduling to document preparation.
- Organizing the office : Maintain office supplies, manage mail, and ensure a tidy and professional workspace.
- Coordinating logistics : Assist with travel arrangements and package deliveries as needed.
- Maintaining records : Keep visitor logs and vehicle records up-to-date and organized.
- Ensuring confidentiality : Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Basic requirements :
