Recruitment & Placement – Manage end-to-end hiring process for local, foreign, and parole workers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Employee Records Management – Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, work permits, and parole documentation.Payroll & Attendance – Oversee salary processing, overtime claims, and attendance tracking for all categories of workers.Workforce Planning – Ensure sufficient manpower supply to meet operational needs, including handling foreign worker quotas and parole worker schedules.Compliance & Regulations – Ensure all HR practices adhere to Malaysian Labour Law, Immigration Act, and Parole Program regulations.Discipline & Grievance Handling – Manage disciplinary cases, worker misconduct, conflict resolution, and implement corrective actions.Training & Development – Plan and conduct orientation, safety training, and skill development programs tailored for different worker groups.Welfare & Accommodation – Oversee hostel, meals, medical claims, and general welfare of workers, ensuring a safe and healthy living / working environment.Performance Management – Implement appraisal systems, monitor productivity, and introduce performance improvement plans where necessary.Reporting & Liaison – Prepare HR reports for management, and liaise with government bodies (Labour Department, Immigration, Parole Office) when required.Job Type : Full-time
