The role involves technical consultation, needs analysis, solution design, and proposal development. Key responsibilities include :

• Technical Consultation & Needs Analysis - Engage customers (Defence and Security) to understand their challenges, technical requirements, and pain points related to their operational needs
• Conduct technical discussions and needs assessments to identify the most suitable solutions from the company's product portfolio.
• Design solutions to meet customer needs based on company product portfolio.
• Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, including system diagrams, bills of materials (BOM), and detailed technical specifications.
• Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and tenders by crafting clear, compelling, and accurate technical responses together with Sales Team.
• Involved in product presentation / demonstrations to showcase how the proposed solution / product will meet customer requirements.
• Lead and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) activities together with Sales Team, working hands-on with customers to validate the technical viability of the proposed solution / product
• Resolved any technical questions raised by customers.
• Liaise with the engineering, product development, and project management teams to ensure that the proposed solution is technically feasible and can be successfully implemented.
• Provide feedback from the field to product teams to help inform future product development and improvements.
