Responsibilities

  • Answer the office phone
  • Check for tenders every day on eperlohan, tenderdb and corporate sites we are registered with as a vendor
  • Search for and register us as a vendor with MNCs, GLCs, GOCs, Ministries and other organisations
  • Assist with the development and submission of tenders
  • Assist with the management of the office calendar
  • Develop digital and analog filing systems and and organise digital and physical documents
  • Ensuring proper documentation storage
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock and placing orders proactively
  • Coordinate office maintenance
  • Oversee office equipment such as computers, printers etc and maintain inventory
  • Liaise with service providers or other vendors
  • Assist with the development and distribution of internal and external communications
  • Assist with logistics such as venue bookings for company events, hotels and airlines etc
  • Help to conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Take notes for performance appraisals and feedback sessions
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback on their experience and reason for leaving
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including managing final pay, return of company property, maintaining proper documentation
  • Use the HR management system
  • Monitor employee leave including Annual Leave and Sick Leave

Additional requirements

  • Degree or equivalent desirable
  • 1 - 3 years experience
  • Experience working in a small company
  • Able to speak BM & English
  • Organised
  • Confident and communicative
  • Open minded
  • Proactive
  • A good memory
  • Package

    Salary RM2,800 - RM4,000 depending on experience

    Hybrid
