Job Description

  • Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance :
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions and updating ledgers.
  • Invoice Processing :
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders.
  • Assist in Month-End Closing :
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis as needed.
  • Administrative Support :
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Others :
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Relevant educational background in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
