Job Description
- Develop comprehensive Tiktok / Shopee / Meta Ads strategies based on the company's products and market goals.
- Set up ad accounts, conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and establish bidding strategies.
- Monitor advertising data in real-time (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.), analyze performance, and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Tailor ad creatives based on format and audience to boost CTR and conversion rates.
- Allocate ad budgets efficiently, control costs, and maximize ROI.
- Regularly evaluate campaign performance and adjust budgets and strategies accordingly.
- Analyze competitors' ad strategies to stay updated on market dynamics and competition.
- Develop targeted strategies to gain a competitive edge.
- Handle daily management and maintenance of Ads accounts.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide optimization suggestions to the team.
- Any other tasks and projects as assigned by the superior / Company.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.Team-oriented with a proactive attitude and positive mindset.Passionate about the beauty industry and up-to-date with current market and consumer trends.Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written).Job Type : Full-time
