What You’ll Do

• Drive the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting and qualifying to closing and onboarding
• Build trusted relationships with HR and business decision-makers at mid‑market and enterprise levels
• Work independently to create and execute local go‑to‑market plans
• Identify and develop channel and partner opportunities to expand reach
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on pipeline and messaging
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales goals
