Overview

We are looking for a sales-driven Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing outlet operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales operations ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct morning briefing to ensure daily sales target is met and maximize appointments.
  • Responsible for ensuring branch hit sales target.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, adjusting strategies to drive revenue.

Team Leadership And Development

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Mentor and coach team members in the areas of sales / Clinic SOP / Grooming as in accordance of Operations SOP.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

    • Marketing And Promotional Activities

  • Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new leads.

    • Job Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of management experience in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or hospitality industry with a strong, proven record of achieving sales targets is a plus.
  • Mandarin fluency is a an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, products, and industry regulations is a plus.
  • Willing to do hands on to demonstrate good example to the clinic staff.
