Medical Sales Executive

Job Description

• Represent the company to promote and sell medical products to medical professionals and end users, achieving assigned sales goals and objectives for each fiscal year.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through timely follow-ups.
• Attend to patients or clients with thorough product knowledge.
• Respond to customer / referral inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Deliver and fit equipment, ensuring functional goals established during evaluation are met.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures when attending to patients with equipment.
• Submit daily reports by 9 : 00 PM via the designated WhatsApp group.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly action plans, strategies, and reports to immediate supervisors.
• Attend company meetings and product briefings as required.
• Collaborate closely with hospital departments that can support sales goals and performance.
• Secure and follow up on payments from hospitals, pharmacies, or related entities after task completion and delivery.
• Work diligently to achieve sales targets, which serve as a key performance indicator (KPI).
• Participate in marketing events (CME and Booth Exhibitions) and be present at booths during conferences, including weekdays and weekends.
• Be flexible for outstation assignments to support business-related applications or issues as required.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
