Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO of Richie Rich Enterprise, we are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. This is a full-time position based in our Subang Jaya, Selangor office.
Responsibilities
- Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, correspondence, and general administrative duties
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Conducting research, preparing presentations, and compiling reports as needed
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and timely completion of tasks
- Anticipating the CEO\'s needs and proactively addressing them
- Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environmentExcellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisationProficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Discreet and confidential, with a high degree of integrityProactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environmentWhat we offer
