Key Responsibilities
- Organize calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries
- Manage emails, phone calls, and day-to-day communications
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and confidential documentation
- Assist with procurement, office coordination, and vendor follow-ups
- Monitor Director's expense and process claims
- Conduct research, compile data, and assist in decision-making
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management
- Participate in overseas business trips and project coordination
