As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in driving our people agenda, ensuring seamless HR operations, and contributing to the company's growth through effective talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Manage and administer monthly payroll processing using HR2000 – QuickPay with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF) and labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and payroll data.
- Support performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Assist in HR reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with proven expertise in recruitment and HR2000 – QuickPay payroll system.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Why Join Us?
