Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, logistics, or supply chain operations. Good knowledge of customs compliance standards and procurement processes, customs documentation, and international shipping procedures. Good negotiation and communication skills, as well as proficiency in computer knowledge (Microsoft Office). Meticulous, resourceful, and possessing effective problem-solving skills. Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong. Medical & GPA Company Annual Dinner Free Parking Training & Development Performance bonus Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) We follow National & Selangor Public Holidays
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers for material sourcing, price negotiations, and delivery status updates.
- Perform day-to-day purchasing activities through purchase requisition and Purchase Order (Local & Overseas).
- Responsible for material planning and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including sales tax, duties, and exemptions.
- Perform additional procurement-related tasks as assigned by management.
