center, Pusat Tuisyen Aksara Rahsia Pintar (M) Sdn Bhd (AR Pintar)
Working days :
Monday to Friday : 2pm to 10pm
Saturday : 9am to 2pm
Location : Damansara Utama
Key responsibilities include managing administrative tasks such as :
- Provide administrative support to the Tuition Centres
- Assist with student enrollment and registration processes
- Maintain student records and databases accurately
- Coordinate centre programs
- Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to parents and students.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the department
They play a vital role in maintaining the center's operations, assisting with communication between students and parents, and ensuring a smooth learning environment. Their role helps create a well-organized and functional infrastructure for effective teaching and learning within the tuition center.
Requirements :
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of experience in administrative rolesProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracy in data managementJob Types : Full-time, Part-time
Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
