Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Director.Maintain records, databases, and filing systems with accuracy and discretion.Coordinate travel, meetings, events, and internal communications.Handle confidential correspondence across departments and external associates.Prepare minutes, briefings, and follow‑ups from meetings and internal discussions.Attend entertainment or social outings with the Director when required.Manage legal documentation related to conveyancing and loan matters from start to completion.Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally, maintaining strict confidentiality.Organize office logistics including mail, supplies, courier services, and meeting arrangements.Support the team with inquiries and operational needs to ensure seamless collaboration.Undertake ad hoc assignments as directed by the Managing Director.Requirements :
Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred to facilitate bilingual communication and documentation.Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.Excellent stress management and time efficiency under tight deadlines.High attention to detail with sound judgment.Professional presentation and interpersonal communication.Ability and willingness to accompany the Director for entertainment events when needed.Familiarity with legal documentation processes (conveyancing, loans, sub‑sale).Additional Details
