Job Description :
The Group General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all business operations and driving the company’s strategic and financial performance across management and
operations teams. This role acts as the central bridge between directors, departmental
managers, and ground operations — ensuring smooth coordination, operational excellence, and profitable growth. The GM leads the management team, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures
execution of company strategy in line with its mission and values.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Leadership & Alignment
Work closely with the 3 Directors to align on major expenses, contracts, and
investments (for approval by Directors).
Drive strategic initiatives supporting growth, export expansion, and market
positioning.
2. Operational Excellence & Bridging Management and Operations
Review and strengthen SOPs, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and
scalability.
Lead continuous improvement in productivity, cost efficiency, and quality
performance.
3. Financial & Commercial Performance
Oversee company P&L performance and ensure profitability in line with annual
targets.
4. People Leadership & Culture Development
Lead, coach, and evaluate all department managers to ensure accountability and
leadership growth.
Strengthen interdepartmental communication and staff engagement to maintain a
high-performance, low-turnover culture.
5. Governance, Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local laws, food safety standards, and certification
requirements
Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and provide regular updates to
Directors.
Lead audit readiness and documentation for ISO, HALAL, GMP, and Organic
certification.
6. Key Projects & Change Management
Oversee new product launches and ensure interdepartmental coordination
(procurement, production, marketing, sales).
Drive key strategic projects that strengthen long-term operational and brand
competitiveness.
