About the Company

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead business growth. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving customer satisfaction. Join a leading multinational corporation with a strong presence in the construction industry. Known for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions, the company partners with major infrastructure, commercial, and industrial projects worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and project stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the construction sector.
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to meet performance goals.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management , or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
