Key Responsibilities :
Developing and Implementing Strategies :
Creating and executing collection strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize recovery of outstanding balances.
Team Management :
Leading, motivating, and mentoring a team of collection agents to achieve performance targets.
Compliance :
Ensuring all collection activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Monitoring and Reporting :
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing collection metrics, and generating reports for management.
Escalated Cases :
Handling complex or escalated collection cases, including negotiation and potentially legal action.
Process Improvement :
Identifying opportunities to improve collection processes and efficiency.
Liaison :
Collaborating with legal, finance, and other relevant departments on collection-related matters.
Customer Relationship Management :
Maintaining positive customer relationships while pursuing debt recovery.
Required Skills :
Leadership and Management : Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with debtors and team members.
