Senior Exec, Biz Development for Subway Outlet Expansion / Site Assessment

Business Development Role for F&B outlet expansion and site assessment (Retail & Commercial site). Plan and execute market research, analyse & visit potential site (shop / mall / commercial / transportation hub / medical / educational) location, negotiate with Landlord and working direction given by HOD. Focus area : Klang Valley or Southern or East Coast (to be determined by HOD)

Responsibilities

• Assisting the HOD in overall assessment of potential site (shop / mall / commercial / transportation hub / medical / educational) location.
• Responsible for site selection, filtering, and making proposals for Exco approval.
• Able to analyse market trend, competitor data and site readiness .
• Able to work across all department internally and coordinate externally with Landlord and / or related parties.
• In relation to the above, coordination parties are including and involving operation, marketing, project, maintenance and finance department in weekly meeting and / or monthly meeting .
• Build & maintain relationship with Landlord / owner (mall, property, shop, commercial centre, medical, educational, etc)
• To manage business license application and coordination for all approved new outlets.
• Process
• Site visit, market survey, analyse and submission for Exco approval.
• Ensure site handover process in order, with Project Team. Follow up with deposit payment.
• Request and propose on all type of marketing assistance from landlord.
• To coordinate and review letter offer, letter of intend and tenancy agreement for all approved new outlet, including relocation of outlet.
• Undertake / participate in any ad hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
