We are looking for Senior Executive or equivalent talent who major in recruitment and employee disciplines (retailing / pharmacies) to handle recruitment and employee matters.

Recruitment

• Communicates and work closely with internal and external stakeholder by initiating the recruitment strategies for hiring requirement and manpower planning.
• Identifies and grow the effective recruitment channel and platforms which are able to attract the right talents and skillset.
• In charge of full recruitment process for the specific region / area within the requirement with the objective of right person at the right place.
• Handle employee issues like counselling, grievance handling, investigation and enquiry for the specific region / area.
• Work with C&B for attractive hiring packages and perks.
• Prepare reporting and involve in HRIS recruitment modules testing.
