Our company is seeking a
HR Manager
to shape our people strategy and support business growth in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead HR operations and strategy in line with local laws and global standards.
- Drive recruitment, talent management, and employer branding initiatives.
- Advise management and employees on HR matters, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Manage payroll, benefits, compliance, and expatriate HR matters.
- Oversee learning & development, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's in HR / Business (Master's / HR certification a plus).5+ years' HR experience in professional services or multinational firms.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor law & immigration regulations.Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.Fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus point).
